Why Lightly Medical?
ANZ market expertise
We believe in depth over breadth. Our carefully selected portfolio allows us to provide each technology with dedicated commercial, clinical and strategic attention.
Focused representation
We believe in depth over breadth. Our carefully selected portfolio allows us to provide each technology with dedicated commercial, clinical and strategic attention.
Clinical engagement
We work closely with healthcare professionals to support education, product implementation and the successful adoption of new technologies into clinical practice.
End-to-end support
From regulatory compliance and market-entry strategy through to launch, distribution, training and after-sales support, we provide a joined-up approach to commercialisation.
Long-term partnerships
We work as an extension of our manufacturing partners, building relationships based on trust, responsiveness and shared long-term objectives.
National reach. Local expertise.
Australia and New Zealand present unique distribution challenges, with healthcare providers spread across major metropolitan centres and extensive regional areas. Lightly Medical’s hybrid distribution model combines direct sales and clinical representation with a structured network of experienced local distributors.
This approach enables us to provide broad market coverage while maintaining consistent brand representation, responsive local support and meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals.
Local distribution network
Experienced partners extend reach and provide responsive support across metropolitan and regional markets.
Consistent implementation
Coordinated product education, training and commercial support help maintain a consistent experience as technologies are introduced and scaled across the ANZ market.
Direct representation
Focused engagement with key hospitals, clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.
Navigating the ANZ regulatory landscape
Successful market entry requires a clear understanding of the regulatory requirements governing medical technologies in Australia and New Zealand.
Lightly Medical supports manufacturing partners through the regulatory and market-entry process, including TGA compliance and Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) requirements, helping establish a compliant and efficient pathway from international innovation to the Australian healthcare market.
Our regulatory understanding is integrated with commercial planning, ensuring market access, launch preparation, clinical education and distribution form part of a coordinated market-entry strategy.
More than distribution
We don’t believe successful medical technology distribution is simply about moving products. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to understand their technology, clinical value and commercial objectives before developing an approach tailored to the ANZ healthcare market.
By maintaining a carefully curated portfolio, we can provide every partner with the focus their technology deserves — supporting regulatory requirements, market entry, clinical education, product launch, distribution and ongoing commercial development.
Our ambition is to become an extension of our partners’ teams, representing their brands with the same commitment, expertise and attention they would expect from their own organisation.

Strong relationships sit at the heart of our approach. We work collaboratively with manufacturers, clinicians, healthcare organisations and distribution partners to achieve shared goals.
