We may also collect personal information when you sign up to receive marketing communications, or when we supply products on behalf of a manufacturer or third party with whom you have a relationship.

We may also receive personal information about you from third parties, such as your employer, a healthcare provider you are associated with, our distribution partners, or publicly available sources. Where we do, we handle it in accordance with this Policy.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided, or by contacting us using the details in section 10. This will not affect service-related communications necessary to fulfil an existing order or regulatory obligation.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information, where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to:

• Our employees, officers, professional advisers and insurers;
• Freight, logistics, warehousing and payment service providers engaged to fulfil your order;
• Device manufacturers and healthcare providers, where you are an end user of a product and disclosure is necessary for product support, warranty, or complaint and adverse event handling;
• Regulatory bodies, including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), where required by law or necessary to meet our regulatory obligations; and
• Any related body corporate or company under common ownership or control with us.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law, including in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or a lawful request from a law enforcement or regulatory agency, or where necessary to protect our legal rights, property, or the safety of Lightly Medical, our customers or third parties.

If Lightly Medical undergoes a change of control, or a sale or transfer of all or part of its business or assets, personal information may be transferred to the new owner as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations and to the extent permitted by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Security of Your Personal Information

We take reasonable technical, physical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Where we share personal information with a third-party provider, we expect that provider to handle it consistently with this Policy.

We take privacy complaints seriously and will respond within a reasonable time.
